2024 French GourMay Occitanie Wine Tasting

In collaboration with the Occitanie Region, the 15th edition of French GourMay Food & Wine Festival embarks you on a journey to the South of France. The Occitanie Region is France’s number one wine-producing region, representing one-third of national volumes. The variety of its climates and soils guarantee the wines produced delivers one of the broadest aromatic palettes. 

Vineyards of the region are spread over the areas of Languedoc, Roussillon, part of the Rhône Valley and two-thirds of the South-West area, offering an incredible diversity of terroirs, grape varieties, and appellations. 

We invite you to join our Occitanie Wine Tasting every Sunday in May at La Petite Cave. A range of sparkling, white, rosé and red wine from the region Faugères will be showcased. During the tasting, you will have the chance to learn more about the typical grape varieties such as Grenache blanc, Viognier, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan.

第十五屆法國五月美食薈將會為大家帶來法國南部歐西坦尼大區Occitanie的美酒和佳餚，此大區是法國第一大葡萄酒產區，產量佔全法的三分之一，有多樣的氣候和土壞。葡萄沐浴在充沛的陽光下，自然成熟，釀造出芬芳馥郁的葡萄酒。

歐西坦尼大區的田園遍佈朗格多克Languedoc、魯西永Roussillon、隆河谷Rhône Valley一隅和三分之二的西南產區Southwest，風土、葡萄品種及產區之多樣，令人嘖嘖稱奇，無論是單一品種還是更為複雜的葡萄酒，皆呈現出完美的地中海特質。

為配合今屆法國五月美食薈主題，《酒廬》將於5月每個星期日舉行歐西坦尼試酒，精選多款來自南法福熱雷Faugères的汽泡酒、白酒、粉紅酒和紅酒，參加者可以透過品嚐不同酒款，多一點認識當地的葡萄種類，包括Grenache blanc, Viognier, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah, 和Carignan。
